4. Site Accessibility and Service Limitations

Equipment must be reasonably accessible to the service technician on the scheduled service date.

If equipment cannot be safely accessed because of locked gates, vehicles, construction activity, blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances, the technician will make reasonable efforts to complete the service that can safely be performed.

When a complete service cannot be performed, the condition may be documented and reported to the customer for corrective action or rescheduling. Additional fees or other applicable charges may apply when a return trip, standby time, damage/repair callout, or unaccounted for additional service is required.

5. Service Frequency

Service frequency is determined based on the customer’s rental agreement, expected usage, site conditions, and applicable requirements.

Weekly service is available for appropriate applications; however, higher-traffic locations, food-service events, construction sites, and other high-use applications may require more frequent servicing.

Additional service may be recommended when usage or site conditions indicate that the scheduled frequency is insufficient to maintain appropriate sanitary conditions.

6. Cleaning Products and Equipment

American Debris Box & Portables uses commercial cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing, and sanitation products appropriate for portable sanitation equipment and the intended application.

Products are used in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions, including appropriate application and contact times where applicable.
