What Michelle does:
Michelle is the owner of American Debris Box & Portables. She oversees the company's management and daily operations and supports all the various departments across the business.

Outside of work:
When Michelle isn’t helping customers, she enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and being outdoors.

With ADB Since: 2000

What Sean does:
Sean is one of the two owners of American Debris Box Service. He also runs Sean M Tractor and Trucking and oversees all business operations for the company.

Outside of work:
When Sean isn't helping customers, he enjoys nothing.
Sean only enjoys helping customers.
It's his life's passion.

With ADB Since: 2015

What Mark does:
Mark manages daily routes for debris box services and oversees overall business operations, ensuring efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work:
When Mark isn’t helping customers, he enjoys working on his vintage Mustangs and watching football.
(Oh, did I mention he’s a massive BRONCOS fan. Yikes!)

What Marc does:
Marc oversees operations for the company's Portables division. He began as a service technician and worked his way up to Operations Manager, bringing hands-on experience and leadership to the team.

Outside of work:
When Marc isn’t helping customers, he enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and daughter as well as staying active.

What our Accounts Team does:

Candace manages customer payments and invoices and provides administrative support to the team. When Candace isn’t helping customers, she enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Mayra manages routes for Portables, Fencing, and Septic/RV services. She is bilingual and helps ensure smooth scheduling and communication with customers. When Mayra isn’t helping customers, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, and going to concerts.

Ana assists our Spanish-speaking customers with order placement and provides quotes and estimates. When Ana isn’t helping customers, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and relaxing at home.

Jordan also assists customers with order placement and provides quotes and estimates. When Jordan isn’t helping customers, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her two boys.

What Dwayne does:
Dwayne oversees the sales team for large commercial accounts and government contracts and supports major events and partnerships while working remotely out of Idaho.

Outside of work:
When Dwayne isn’t helping customers, he is an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and self-proclaimed lumberjack. He is also a charitable contributor to the Save the Trees Foundation.

What Debbie does:
Debbie manages all of American’s finances, tax preparation, payroll, and accounts payable.

Outside of work:
When Debbie isn’t helping customers, she enjoys exploring new places, gardening, and staying busy.

With ADB Since: 2016

What Kara does:
Kara oversees the company's sales operations and partnerships with both major and local event venues. She began her career in the hospitality industry and has opened various additional locations for businesses.

Outside of work:
When Kara isn’t helping customers, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and daughter, as well as staying active as an avid endurance runner. She also plans to open her wine spot, blah blah, as soon as September 2026.

What Joaquin does:
Joaquin oversees all website and digital media channel content and communication, as well as partnerships with small businesses.

Outside of work:
When Joaquin isn’t helping customers, he enjoys cooking, playing basketball, spending time on his ranch, and learning new skills.
